Through QSR24h specialists will we ensure, that your products are inspected directly on the test track or at a designated production station, after installation in the car, directly at the OEM. Such inspection requires that QSR24h technicians work with OEM employees. This often involves the functional reworking, repair or replacement of a single or complex part that does not work properly on the vehicle at the time of manufacture or exhibits disruptive values. Testing takes place in various load tests determined by the construction of the test track, which allows to evaluate the behavior of parts in various simulated situations. Analyzes of the information obtained and suggestions for their removal will help you to design technical modifications of your products, resp. to verify the corrective actions in place. It is also possible to detect anomalies of parts on test runs that do not show any deviations during static tests and thus ensure the complete satisfaction of your customers.
