We will represent you where necessary. The resident acts as a communication channel or mediator for the parts supplier or customer. The resident is highly technically proficient and has a perfect orientation in the given issue.

QSR24h provides resident activities through individual quality engineers, or a complete project group that can be either customer or supplier oriented.

QSR24h residents are highly qualified, knowledgeable of the environment and issues, ready to cooperate with you throughout the production cycle with high flexibility. Their task is to achieve a good working relationship with your own engineers and to represent your interests with the customer. You save on shipping costs and you still have a resident on site with your customer.

Resident QSR24h monitors parts either directly at the OEM or in the Tier1 supply chain. The combination of high expertise, responsiveness and clarity of communication brings the ability to respond immediately to any quality issues. By capturing poor product quality in a timely manner, it is possible to respond immediately to all of your customers’ plants at the same time, facilitate a quick and effective response to problems, provide error analysis and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.

Quality monitoring is more than just parts inspection. QSR24h builds relationships in the customer structures of your products so that we truly understand how your products are perceived from your customer’s perspective. We build relationships with the departments of quality assurance, logistics, production, plant management, OEM and Tier suppliers. We push for quality issues to be addressed before they arise.
