Repair and finishing of parts provides opportunities to reduce costs to ensure the required number of parts, reduce logistics costs, or reduce the cost of scrapping parts. It may even be necessary for the lines to run without restriction and to avoid the large costs of lost productivity or in adjusting the stocks produced to the new specification. Within the long history of our company, we have technically reworked almost everything – from nuts and bolts to complete vehicles and every type of material in vehicle assembly:
• Electrical components (reflashes);
• Physical treatment by drilling, cutting, trimming, trimming metals (ferrous and non-ferrous) or plastic material components;
• The QSR24h also has extensive expertise in glass, rubber, fabrics, leather and any other material in the vehicle.
At the same time, it is a huge benefit in terms of reducing the environmental burden, because based on our knowledge and experience in the industry, we are able to help our customers reduce waste as a result of our reprocessing processes.
