Inspection of finished products after production, but before sending the batch to the customer. The requirements generally apply to parts of key components and specifications. The goal is to maintain customer confidence and avoid complaints.
CSL1 – Independent 100% visual inspection after the end of the production line inspection. The supplier can arrange the inspection with his own staff. In the event that sufficient capacity needs to be ensured, QSR24h offers trained personnel and a sophisticated control system at this level of control.
CSL2 – The strictest level of additional 100% visual inspection to be applied in cases of multiple CSL failure1. The control is provided by an external company according to strict criteria. An action plan and an agreement on the exit criteria need to be defined. Once the targets are met, CSL2 is removed. QSR24h has trained experienced specialists to implement CSL2 managed supply projects.
GP12 – After a new part is put into production, suppliers are often required to implement a pre-market inspection procedure.. In this procedure, 100% of the manufactured parts are inspected before being included in the supply chain. This GP-12 procedure lasts for a specified period of time or until a specified number of parts are inspected. QSR24h will help you meet this requirement by expanding the capacity required. Our team of inspectors will ensure that the new product meets the required specification before it is delivered to the end customer.
